Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.

For your convenience, South Texas Veterinary Care accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit®, and Cherry Financing.

If you have any questions regarding fees, estimates, or payment options, we encourage you to speak with a member of our team before services are performed.

For patients requiring hospitalization or extended treatment, the veterinarian will provide a written treatment plan and estimate. A deposit is required at the time of admission, and the remaining balance is due upon your pet’s discharge from the hospital.
